MoonProject is happy to announce this week’s hot new giveaway – new album “Exile” by Hurts.

The brooding synth-pop duo exploded onto the music scene with   their 2010 debut, “Happiness“, which featured a guest appearance from none other than the mighty Kylie Minogue.

The album rode high on charts year-round and sold over 2 million copies worldwide, making Theo Hutchcraft and Adam Anderson critical darlings and bonafide music A-listers.

After a slew of high profile gigs the boys return with this year’s “Exile“, every bit as immense and majestic as their debut but incorporating a wider variety of influences and sounds. Their  talented producer  Jonas Quant returned and was joined by Dan Grech-Marguerat, whose long list of credits include Lana Del Rey, Moby, Dragonette and  Scissor Sisters.

If you enjoy Hurts unique blend of dark highbrow pop with a touch of 80’s camp erotic magnetism, you’ll love “Exile” – the natural progression of their debut’s self-aware, campy grandeur.

Hurts will headline their own tour of the UK later this year and are set to feature on an upcoming release by Alesso and Calvin Harris. Their fantastic new single, “Somebody To Die For“, is out this week.
